Journey to Eight-angle Pose - Yoga Masterclass | with Alice Gray

This 90-minute masterclass will build towards practicing the arm balance Eight-angle Pose (astavakrasana). Alice will lead you through a journey to gain a deeper understanding not only of the energetics and the anatomy behind the pose but also of the story of Ashtavakra – the Hindu sage it is named after.

This class will be taught as a strong Vinyasa flow and is for recommended for intermediate students.

Deep Hips and Heart Release - Yin Yang Masterclass | with Alice Gray

Release tension in this two-hour masterclass focusing on opening and stabilising the physical and energetic centres of the hips and the heart.

Expect a deep, grounding and healing yoga practice containing both Yin (longer held floor based postures) and Yang (slow Vinyasa flow) along with other aspects of yoga such as meditation and pranayama.

This will be a strong class both physically and energetically therefore prior experience of yoga is recommended.
