Prepare yourself for an experience of a lifetime as you absorb the medicine and magic of this gorgeous land and practice the powerful tradition of yoga.

This retreat is a time for YOU. We want to provide a space in one of the most beautiful places on Earth for you to rejuvenate, restore, and spoil yourself like you deserve. Let us do the planning, all you need to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the process of healing and transformation that occurs when you simply sit back and receive. What better place is there to unwind than by the pool, in the jungle, with like minded people, under the sun? It doesn't get any more blissful than this! 

The intention with this retreat is to advance your practice. This does not mean that you need to be an advanced practitioner, our goal is to help you dive even deeper into your existing practice. More advanced poses may be introduced however the intention is to empower you to uncover an all encompassing practice covering asana, pranayama and meditation. A basic understanding of vinyasa yoga is recommended.

Naya Ubud is a stunning retreat centre surrounded by lush greens and peaceful surroundings.  Each luxury room offers a jungle view and are beautifully furnished. The resort is only a short walk away from the town of Ubud, allowing us access and ease to the community and just far away enough to really enjoy the peace and quiet.    

We have rented 7 luxury villas for our retreat, nestled away in the rice paddies. Each villa has a private garden and veranda. The rooms are either single (for an extra cost) or double occupancy and has their own en suite bathroom. Be prepared for some gorgeous sunsets and falling asleep to the sweet jungle sounds. 

All guests will have access to the on site cafe, spa, ozone pool and lounge chairs. 


We want to make sure you have a good balance of planned activities and free time, so will make sure you have enough hours in the day to wander on your own or explore with friends, while maintaining a structure for eating and practicing together. 

7:30 - 9:00 - Yoga practice

9:00 - 10:00 -Breakfast

10:00 - 1:00 - Lounge by the pool, go for a walk, enjoy the spa, etc. 

1:00 - 2:00 - Lunch

2:00 - 5:00 - Free time to visit the town, take local classes etc. 

5:00- 6:30 - Yoga Practice

6:30-7:30 - Dinner

Steph Wall E-RYT 500 

Steph has a passion for empowering others through the tradition of yoga. She is the owner of The Kali Collective Yoga Studio in Glasgow and runs 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats all over the world. Steph has over 500 hours of training, primarily with her teacher Julia McCabe and has spent many hours training with physiotherapists to grow her knowledge of anatomy. Steph has a strong focus on the philosophy and traditions of yoga while infusing her studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy healing. It is clear from spending time with Steph that her greatest teachers are her friends, family, students and the lessons she has received from spending years traveling. Steph used all the tools from her trainings and experience to deliver a strong, introspective, loving vinyasa class.
