As much as we cling to the comfort of knowing, life is full of mystery and the unknown. When we take preference for staying in the light, where we can see all things, we disregard the darkness. A place full of potential, curiosity, and depth of life. The stillness, the dark, the mystery is uncomfortable and yet can bring us to a deep relationship with Spirit and Self.
During this practice, we will plunge into the unknown and sit in the stillness of the mystery. Two hours of blindfolded yin will help you dive into the deep and vast richness of yourself to see the part that is waiting for you, in the darkness.
