Program Description:

The intention of this training is to provide a yogic path towards conscious, mindful living through the creativity and expression of vinyasa yoga.  By staying humble, grounded and deeply devoted to understanding ourselves and the teachings of yoga, we receive the vast, rich offerings that this ancient tradition has to teach us.

This training is grounded in the roots of Vinyasa yoga and will be delivered with a high respect and integrity towards the tradition of yoga. Students should expect a training that will trigger a journey into the self by diving deep into philosophy, history, physical practice, breath work and meditation. In addition, other aspects of yoga will be explored such as the physical and subtle body, Ayurveda, and the methods of teaching yoga. This program will take all the ancient teachings of yoga and apply it to modern, everyday life.

This Yoga Teacher Training is designed to cater for both those who want to deepen their existing practice and understanding of yoga and those who want to learn how to teach yoga. In order to fulfil both intentions, this training will be divided into 2 modules.
