Journey to Eight-angle Pose - Yoga Masterclass | with Alice Gray

This 90-minute masterclass will build towards practicing the arm balance Eight-angle Pose (astavakrasana). Alice will lead you through a journey to gain a deeper understanding not only of the energetics and the anatomy behind the pose but also of the story of Ashtavakra – the Hindu sage it is named after.

This class will be taught as a strong Vinyasa flow and is for recommended for intermediate students.
