Forget any preconceptions of yoga — this mixed level 90 minute class, led by Alice, will be a soul uplifting, sweat inducing practice to collectively unwind, elevate and connect strongly to your breath.
Come play and tune into yourself through movement and music. This class is suitable for anyone that has some prior yoga experience — just expect to move and blow away the cobwebs.
