Over the course of the day, Rachel will be sharing this myofascial release practice for both the upper and lower body. You will be learning self care practices you can implement right away to help with mobility and ease of movement. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to release tension, improve mobility and add in a new aspect of muscular release without seeking bodywork or massage. No yoga experience required.

Rachel is an E-RYT500 yoga teacher based in Queenstown, New Zealand who also works internationally as teacher trainer for Yoga Medicine. She is passionate about helping students gain tangible benefits from their yoga practice - like strength, stability and clarity of mind.
