Yoga for the Anxious Mind


Life is full of ebbs and flows and ups and downs, although nothing we do will ever stop that from happening, we can load ourselves up with tools to deal with things as best we can. The practice of yoga offers us many techniques for getting into the body and calming the mind, during this workshop we would love to share with you some of these techniques.

We will spend about 2 hours in a calming, focused, restoring yoga class which will include movement, breathing and meditation. We believe going through life mindfully involves a supportive community, so following class, we will have a nourishing, soulful vegan lunch catered to us by The Yoga Kitchen.

This workshop is designed specifically for anyone who deals with anxiety or depression, however, anyone can benefit from this time together.

Beginner yogis welcome. £30 includes lunch. Space is limited
