One to One Yoga Therapeutics

Therapeutic Yoga is an offering that uses specific techniques to help support physical, mental and emotional challenges. Techniques could include yoga asana (poses), meditation, pranayama (breathing), myofascial release, Yoga Nidra or other body work. Therapeutic yoga will always stay within the realm of Yoga and is meant to compliment additional support from other health care providers.

The sessions will be 60 minutes long and will blend various yoga styles and may incorporate meditation, breathing, myofascial release, and other techniques. You will also have a small amount of homework that you will need to complete between sessions.

Seasons are to be paid for in advance and all sessions will be in person at The Kali Collective Yoga Studio unless otherwise agreed. Steph’s availability is Monday & Tuesday 3pm - 5pm and Wednesday between 10am - 5pm. There is more availability if you can come to a location in Hamilton. Please contact to discuss availability.
