I had a wonderful time at my first Kali Collective and also first ever yoga session. The programme had announced the Vinyasa yoga session as a way to bring body and mind together again and this is exactly what happened. Although it was most likely a tad bit too hard for a newbie and also couch potato, it did exactly that for me and I highly appreciate that you let me participate despite these dispositions. At no instance would I feel bad about myself for joining this very session. Thank you so, so, so much for that! I moved to Sctoland four weeks ago and have been going through a rough patch since a few months and I have no idea when I last felt this good about myself. Although I feel like I should probably check out the beginners course first, I am highly tempted to continue with the more spiritually oriented sessions. Loved your anecdotes, honesty, openness and appreciation of the self in all ways.
