Yoga Classes

  • This option contains a collection of classes ranging from 10 minutes to 90 minutes. Here you will find classes such as power, vinyasa, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, myofascial release, barre, and so much more. We currently have over 200 classes from all the Kali teachers plus guests. This option is hosted on Teachable, costs £10/month, and can be cancelled at any time.

  • Every week we host over 20 classes online via zoom. We have set up a library of these classes for you to use for one week after it was first taught. All classes are replaced after one week. Classes are 45 minutes to 90 minutes and include all the classes taught on our schedule. Access to this library costs £18, is hosted on our booking site TeamUp and can be cancelled at anytime.

kali goddess course

Into The Darkness

  • Into the Darkness is a collaborative effort by the Kali Collective team in Glasgow, Scotland, as a way to support your relationship with Kali and Yoga. Over 5 weeks, the team will take you on a journey through the different aspects of Kali, ranging from her motherly side to the destructive, fiery side. Each week will include a short lecture on Kali, 2 - 3 vinyasa flows that build on each other, yoga conditioning and breakdowns of advanced postures, restorative practices, breathing and Yoga Nidra. The week will end with journal prompts for you to reflect upon. Once you purchase this course, the content will be available to you forever, so you can return to these supportive classes when you need them.

Yoga for Beginners

  • Curious about starting yoga? Intimidated by studios? Think you're not flexible enough? Maybe someone you trust, like a friend or doctor has recommended yoga to you. Or maybe you know you need to work on your mobility to complement other things you do in life but have no clue where to start. Well, this course is just for you!

    Steph and Scott have created this course for those of you who feel like you're too stiff, or just have no interest in joining a yoga studio but feel called to try yoga. This course meets you where you are at and gently guides you to learn the basics. We break down even the most basic of movements and concepts so you are left with a basic foundation of what yoga is all abou

    Our intention is to set you up with the basics so after the course, you are confident with going to a yoga studio, or finding something that will suit your needs online.

The Wisdom of Kali

  • This short course was passionately created by the owner of The Kali Collective Yoga studio, Steph Wall, as way to share deeper layers of the Goddess, Kali. The Wisdom of Kali includes a video sharing the essence of Kali, a 30 minute yoga practice themed around Kali and some journal prompts.

Embodied Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

  • Embodied Anatomy is a program that merges dualities to spark curiosity about how the body, heart, and mind reflect one another and how intimately each yoga posture influences the whole. To look at anatomy from a theoretical perspective or from simply looking at the physical body would be amiss to the great mysteries of the body. One must see that anatomy is just one piece of a bigger whole, and we hope the content of this program reflects that.

Conscious Communication for Yoga Teachers

  • This 3-Hour On-Demand Course is designed for yoga teachers looking to enliven and enrich the unfolding conversation occurring in a yoga class.

    Sharing yoga is so much more than dictating cues. There is always a dialogue going on; we just need to learn how to listen in and respond. This course shares techniques and tips to listen and speak efficiently, effectively and from a place of embodied wisdom. As with all my courses, we will learn how to merge the structured masculine with the wild, creative feminine so you can be in the realm of embodiment and spontaneity.

Vinyasa Sequencing for Yoga Teachers

  • This on-demand online course is designed for vinyasa yoga teachers who are looking to add new layers of depth to their sequencing. Perfect if you’ve been teaching already and feel like you need something to spark some creativity and inspiration. This course will pick up where your 200 hr YTT left off and start to build on your existing knowledge.

Fascia 101

  • This on demand course is for anyone interested in understanding and experiencing the fascia within their bodies. We will spend about 3 hours of lectures together understanding fascia, then you will have 7 MFR practices following the Anatomy Train lines to experience the fascia within.

    This program is open to all. If you are enrolled in Steph’s 300hr YTT program, this program is worth 10 hours. It is highly recommended that you attend the Myofascial Release Experience day course to fully integrate the teachings.

Yin Yoga

  • This yin course is inspired by “tension” and how holding tension affects the physical body and is an alchemical component of transformation. As much as this course is rooted in the physical body, it will also demand self-reflection.

    Please note this training will not be blending Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Tradition of Yoga and will instead focus on the physical impacts on connective tissue and mental impacts on the nervous system.
