Private Bookings
We offer a number of different private booking options for both reformer pilates and yoga. We are happy to provide you with 1 to 1 private yoga/pilates or you can hire the space and a teacher for a private group booking. We have a hot space that fits up to 18 people or a non heated space that fits up to 40. We have 9 aerial silks and 3 pilates reformers. One-to-ones are a great way to engage with yoga or pilates. There may be many reasons why someone feels called to a private yoga session. Anything from being a beginner, to not enjoying group classes, to building confidence on the refromer, to looking to progress your yoga practice - you have us at your fingertips! Our team has a wide range of skills, education and experience to support your journey with yoga or pilates.

Prices start at £50. -
1-1 yoga therapeutics or reformer therapeutics is a great option for you to consider if you are rehabbing from injury or have a particular health ailment that might hinder your ability to attend a group class.
Steph Wall is our in-house therapeutics expert and is trained in both yoga therapeutics and pilates reformer. Her experience ranges from injury rehab to supporting mental wellness. Group bookings are for anyone who would like to bring in their own group for a yoga or reformer pilates session. This could be for a hen party, a corporate gathering or a group of friends wanting to get upside down in the aerial silks.
We have two studio spaces and can take up to 18 people in the hot yoga studio and up to 40 people in our non-heated yoga studio. For aerial yoga we can take 9 people in the silks and we have three reformer pilates machines.
