For those seeking a more personalised and therapeutic approach to movement, Steph’s 1-to-1 Yoga and Reformer Pilates sessions in Glasgow offer a fully curated experience designed around your unique body and goals.
Blending over six years of Therapeutic Yoga training with Yoga Medicine and two years of anatomy study in a physiotherapy clinic, Steph integrates yoga, Pilates, and functional anatomy. Her approach works closely with the body’s fascial system, helping to restore balance, improve mobility, and support the nervous system.
These private sessions are ideal for those looking to support injury rehab, postural re-education, or recover from physical or emotional stress. These sessions aim to enhance body awareness, or maintain good health and movement longevity.
Each 60-minute session is uniquely tailored and may include yoga asana, pilates, myofascial release, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, Yoga Nidra, and guided movement therapy. You’ll also receive simple at-home practices to reinforce what we explore together.
Steph has experience and training with the following:
