Animal flow is a movement practice designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination. Sam will break down the key elements of Animal Flow and give you lots of time to play with some flows. An afternoon of fitness and fun awaits you.
This class runs on the second to last Sunday of every month. The classes will build upon each other, and progression will be guided over time for those who regularly attend; however, no prior experience is required, and all levels are welcome!

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
