Group Therapy: Focus - Self Care

  • The Kālī Collective Yoga Studio 54 Washington Street Glasgow, Scotland, G3 8AZ United Kingdom (map)

Talking therapy is about cultivating self awareness through self reflection and where necessary enacting change in order to step into the healthiest version of ourselves. Group therapy can help you to gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and to help you find your own solutions to problems.

In a Group therapeutic session you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions in a supportive group that will listen and support without judging or criticising.

There will be psycho education, discussion, therapeutic tools and somatic work included within each session.

We can all benefit from psychoeducation and group support. It is for anyone who is curious and anyone who has a desire to take the courageous step of cultivating self awareness.

Laura Wright will be leading these sessions and she is a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural therapist (Cosca Validated, credit rated by SQA at SCQF Level 11) BACP member working towards accreditation.

This is a weekly offering on Tuesday’s (from 9th April) at 7.15-8:05pm.

Investment: If you hold an unlimited membership with us, your session is included. £15 for drop in or you can use a credit from your class pass.
