Join Scott for a two hour extended Yin and Restorative practice where you will meet the Cailleach - Scotland's very own blue skinned Goddess of Creation and Destruction. This workshop will take place in the Destroyer space. Expect some wonderful restorative poses in 26 degrees heat with pranayama and a few stories about one of the more overlooked Celtic Goddesses and Weather Witch.
