Claire is a huge believer in the practice of yoga providing space for curiosity, creativity, challenge and choice. Drawn to dynamic practice (albeit with a not-so-secret love for beginner yogis) Claire shares from her experience that yoga truly can be a vehicle for creating mental space, while building physical wellbeing and overall confidence.

Following her completion of initial teacher training in 2016, Claire has grown more and more passionate about holding space for others to cultivate - through practice - the qualities they strive to embody off the mat. Claire credits her establishment of a regular yoga practice - within a welcoming and supportive yoga community - as being fundamental to her own continuing mental health recovery. Claire is passionate about holding space for others to experience, as she has, the confidence and growth that can come through movement and community. Expect a warm welcome with a down-to-earth approach, energetic practice, and an invitation to challenge what you thought yourself capable of.
