Sarah Harrower

Wise beyond her years and passionate about the body.

Forever curious about how we can lead healthy, content and active lives, Sarah has spent much of her adult life studying and delivering healthcare through her work as a physiotherapist. During this time, she delved deeper into yoga to support herself and in turn this sparked a path of study to learn how to share the teachings.

Yoga continues to be a portal to explore meaning, awareness and connectedness that feels absent in a lot of modern-day life. The study and practice of yoga allows us to unearth the intricacies of the mind /body relationship and create an accepting space to nurture and reflect on who we are.

The most accessed and visible component of yoga is the movement, the intention behind the movement is critical and Sarah is passionate about weaving this into her classes. If people can realise the power they hold, they can honour their bodies and tend to their spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Off the mat, a love of being close to the sea, spending time in the Scottish forests and finding new ways to feel creative are Sarah’s non negotiables to feeling content and curious.

“I feel really privileged to share yoga in such an inclusive, ever evolving and community led studio that is The Kali Collective”.
