4 Week Beginners Pilates Reformer Course
4 Week Beginner Reformer Course with Nicole Thorpe
New to reformer? Over 4 weeks we will cover the basics plus explore some intermediate exercises so you feel the burn in all the right places! Pilates reformer is a great way to rewire firing patterns and strengthen our deep stabiliser muscles, which supports healthy movement patterns. By strengthening our centre with control and mindfulness, we can rehab injuries, support the low back, create more space in the body and cultivate strength.
Our 4 week course is intended for anyone new to reformer or in their early stages of discovering reformer. Each week will have a specific focus including full body, legs/booty, arms and core. The cost is £100 for 4 x 50 minute classes.

Pilates Reformer for Low Back & Hips
Pilates Reformer for Low Back and Hip Strength & Mobility with Mariana
Introducing the fundamental concepts (Alignment-Breathing-Centre) for dynamic alignment and finding your centre. This course is for anyone wanting to maintain a healthy back or is needing some strength and support in this area. Whatever condition you are in, you are welcome. Over 3 weeks you will focus on strengthening the low back as well as mobility and stability through the hips.
We ask if you have any existing injuries or major issues that you email us after booking so we have time to prepare.
This 3 week course runs on Mondays at 12pm - 1pm on February 17th, 24th and March 3rd.
The cost is £80 for 3 sessions. We can take a max of 3 people on this course.

4 Week Handstand Course with Sam
Ready to take your practice upside down? Sam would like to share his experiences and knowledge, collected from being a part of the Circus world for over 10 years. We will explore different approaches to preparing the body for handstands, breaking down each component that will ultimately lead to a fun and safe practice. We hope that by the end of 4 weeks, you get some serious air time. All levels welcome.
This four week course has been specifically designed for Kali. Each week we have a different focus. Starting with alignment and technique.
Week one - Alignment
Week two - Safe Landing/Exits
Week three - Exploring Shapes
Week four - Control
Each week will include elements of Flexibility, Endurance, Strength and Balance. As we progress we will build up a selection of movements which we can use to develop our own personal programs based on our own individual journey. If you attended our last four week course you'll be able to track progress and finesse what we have done previously.
Every Friday at 630pm from Feb 7th - Feb 28th

Intermediate Pilates Reformer
Intermediate Pilates Reformer with Steph
If you understand the basics and are ready to build strength, this is for you! This course will cover all major body parts (core, arms, legs, booty) and add an element of strength and endurance to our experience. Basics will not be covered.
Every Tuesday at 5:00pm - 5:50pm on Feb 4th/11th/18th & 25th

Pilates Reformer for Back Health with Mariana Da Silva Parreira
Introducing the fundamental concepts (Alignment-Breathing-Centre) for dynamic Alignment and finding your Centre. Perceive and move yourself three dimensionally in your body and through the spine. This 3 week course is for those who are just learning reformer or have had some experience with it. The focus will be on keeping your back healthy and strong. If you experience chronic back pain then this is for you!
Please note if you have an acute back injury we ask that you speak to us first before booking.
Dates: Monday, January 13th, 20th & 27th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Investment: £80 for all 3 classes.
Aerial Beginners Course
This Aerial Beginners class will leave you with the confidence and skills to take regular aerial yoga classes with us. Things you will cover will be the foundations of an aerial practice, including becoming comfortable getting in and out of the aerial silk, sun salutations, standing postures, an introduction to inversion play and a series of restorative postures. This class is for those who are new to an aerial practice or those looking to draw back and re-learn the fundamentals.
Contraindications for Aerial Yoga
Very high or very low blood pressure
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
Heart disease
Neck or spinal injuries
Severe arthritis
Infections like sinusitis or ear infections
Depending on the poses we are practicing there is potential that you may feel a little dizzy. This is entirely normal and will usually dissipate through regular practice.
If there is something that's not mentioned on the above list please contact us and we can discuss.
What to wear:
- Normal yoga clothing is fine
- a t-shirt or long sleeved top no vests
- No clothing with zips or anything which may catch in the hammock
- All jewelry must be removed (no exceptions)
You may bring water and your own yoga mat if you wish. These are also provided at the studio.
